Job Responsibilities

- Follow up of projects from inquiry to delivery of products including product development, supplier handling, and ensuring quality of products and services (OTIF)

- Work with cross functional departments to ensure timely delivery to customers (OTIF)

- Monitor and act upon lead times and time frames (On Time Payment Application)

- Contribute to, develop, integrate and execute the company's execution activities (IT & Admin Support)

- Achieve customer service objectives by contributing information and recommendations to plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying market trends; implementing change (On Time Payment Application)

- Organize deliveries of multiple projects (IT & Admin Support)

- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations (OTIF)

- Maintaining and updating supplier and product information (On Time Reporting and Archive)

- Analyzing, maintaining and presenting market, industry and account information including products, materials and suppliers (IT & Admin Support)

Job Requirements

- Fluent Mandarin/English is must

- Good at Microsoft work especially excel and PPT

- Ability to work under pressure, initiative and committed

- Good sense of urgency, Self-driven with high integrity

- Eye for details, managing own time and workload

- Creative and flexible solution provider

- Highly organized and straight minded, must be able to work on multiple task simultaneously, should feel comfortable working in a Team
