Responsibility：

1、Provide mechanical design for new product developing according to roadmap requirement.  Detail design, fabricate and test on mechanical and electro-mechanical products/parts.

2、Well understanding on injection mold tool & die process, work with suppliers/ manufactures to develop high quality parts within cost target.

3、Conduct project design reviews with Lead engineer within all cross functional teams。

4、Completed qualification and verification test per product and component specification and Elkay’s design requirement.  

5、Cooperate with Global design team, to finish product globalization design work.

6、Manage 3D drawings of product per PDM management procedure, maintenance 3D Models according to responsibility.

7、Expected to create complete product documentation packages                            

8、Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications：

1、Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design

2、Good English verbal and written skills.

3、2-3 years working experience in mechanical design

4、Preferred if design experience in refrigeration system or water treatment system

5、Proficient in Solidworks software

6、Good communication skill, team working spirit and strong self-learning capability

7、Familiar with the characteristics of common materials and processing technology, understand the stainless steel forming and unfolding, welding, bending, grinding and other related processes.
