主要工作职责:Position Responsibility Summary:

1. 根据产品规格提供及完成产品设计的电子电气设计方案, 负责电气设计文档如电路图，电子原理图，线束设计，产品电气规格等等。

   Provide and implement electrical and electronic function design solution for product design per product specification, responsible for design documents like wiring diagram, schematic diagram, wire harness, product electric spec, and ect.

2. 负责与产品电气有关的验证试验，以保证技术性能; 生成试验报告，必要时与全球项目组进行评审

   Conduct product electric related verification test to guaranty technical performances, generate testing report and review with global project team if needed.

3. 与第三方认证机构合作进行产品电磁兼容测试和相关国际安规认证测试，确保产品符合安全要求。  

   Work with 3rd party certification body to conduct products EMC testing and global regulatory testing to make sure products meet safety requirements.

4. 与全球项目团队合作，实现项目目标：成本、交货期、质量。

   Collaborate with global project team to achieve project objective : cost, lead-time, quality.

5. 产品开发和测试过程中出现问题的排除。缺陷零件的根本原因分析和纠正措施，跟踪供应商的问题预防。

   Trouble shooting for the issues occurred during product development & testing. Defects parts root cause analysis and corrective actions follow up with vendor for problems prevention.

6. 参与产品开发阶段，如零部件本地化、原型制作等

   Involve in product development stage like parts localization,  prototype build etc

7. 完成其他交办的工作

   Other duties as assigned.

任职资格：

1、电子电气等相关专业本科及以上Bachelor degree or above in Electrical / Electronic / Automation background    

2、较好的英语口语能力及书写能力 Good English verbal and written skills.

3、2-5年电子电气设计相关工作经验2 -5 years working experience in electric design

4、制冷产品电气设计背景优先 experience in refrigeration system product design is preferred

5、熟悉其中原理图和印刷电路板布局工具，能用它完成原理图和布局设计

Familiar with one of schematic and PCB layout tools and be able to complete the schematic and layout design with it

6、具有产品安全和电磁兼容调试或测试经验

Experience with product safety & EMC debug or test

7、熟悉新产品开发流程，有独立开发设计过从概念阶段到量产的新产品开发全过程

Familiar with NDP process, have independent experience on product development from concept to mass production.

8、良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神，较强的自学能力。

Good communication skill, team working spirit and strong self-learning capability.
