Qualification:

Bachelor of Welding engineering --- Bachelor degree can be reconsidered if candidate is very experienced on welding engineering. 焊接专业，本科学历---经验丰富的，此项要求可放宽

5+ years experience working in an manufacturing company – working in an foreign company is a plus

五年以上制造业工作经验，在外资公司同等工作经验的可优先考虑。

Good command with MS office, CAD

熟练操作MS office，Auto CAD等软件

Very familiar with welding process, part drawings for fabrication, as well as welding standards according to ASME, EN, Chinese standards is a must。

熟悉各种焊接工艺，图纸加工，焊接标准如：ASME, EN, 国标等。

Good capability on communication and team work.

具备良好的沟通能力 具备团队合作精神

Capable to train welders on practice.

具备对焊工的焊接知识及实际操作的培训能力。

Lean production knowledge is preferable

具备精益生产的相关知识，将被优先考虑

English in oral and written is a must. 一定的英语说写能力

负责目前焊接工艺的分析及优化

Responsible for welding technology analyzing and optimization

负责焊接夹具的设计 Welding jig designing
