Responsibilities:
＞Lead warehouse team to ensure the inventory accuracy and establish material in and out management policy.
＞Monitor customs system to make sure logistics activities running smooth with high accuracy
＞Resources management to maintain high service level, quality excellence and costs optimization.
＞To develop and maintain the relationship with the customer, continuously improve customer satisfaction.
＞To perform aligned level of operations performance, productivity, continuous process improvement
＞Ensure all staffs are trained accordance with operational SOP.
＞Closely monitor staff discipline by taking appropriate and timely action for discipline violation
＞Lead, motivate and supervise all staff to ensure their performance is aligned to stipulated standards and KPIs.
＞Handle communication with Customs, CIQ and other government Bureau in Bonded area
＞Renew the policy and rule concerning declaration to the operation team

Requirements:
＞College degree or above, Logistic backgroud is preferred
＞Minimum 8 years similar working experience in logistics, warehousing, engineering, implementation with operations management position. And have experience in managing chemical warehouse.
＞Strong management skill(Warehousing, people management and operations).Basic knowledge of ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001/IATF16949. And understanding of China bonded polices and Customs is preferred. Good understanding of finance, cost management.
＞Good initiative of work, Good skills in communication, negotiation, result orientation, decision making, networking, innovation and assertiveness, Good oral and written communication both in Mandarin and English, Good inter-personal skills and team player.
