Qualification:
-College or above degree
-Rich mechanical knowledges on machining, welding and quality control
-Paper machine or steel mill experience is better.
-Good communication skills
-Has managerial exerience is better
-Familiar in MS office, CAD.
-Mandarin, good English level

Job Description:
-Audit and check the supplier capacity, define the demand of improvement;
-Push to establish and check the process flow and WI for key parts on supplier side;
-Push to establish and check the quality control plan for key parts on supplier side;
-Make the regular auditor plan for suppliers;
-Check distribution of quality requirement documentation made by PC;
-To do or organize the related training which supplier needed;
-Make the monthly review report, give the improving suggestion.
-Other work arranged by supervisor.

-Attend and support for inter and external audit.
-Follow the instruction of Quality Dept. regarding procedure to implement.
-Support to responsible buyer, planner, project or division regarding supplier quality and improvement issues.
-Involve in handling the related unqualified parts .
-Implement KPI for this activity and identify gaps/solutions.

-参加并支持内外审核;
-遵守质量部门的工作程序和操作指引;
-在供应商质量和改进事项上为责任采购,计划和产品部门及项目提供支持;
-参与相关不合格品的处理;
-执行本职工作的关键考核指标,确定问题和解决方案.
