职位描述
Work on Gas & chemical monitoring system design and optimize. Technical support to project manager/project engineer for new project. GMS system site installation supervision. Supporting specialty gas equipment startup, commissioning and trouble shooting
1. GMS site safety control
No incident, good safety consciousness, find and report near miss positively
2. GMS system quality control
No quality or reliability incident, project comply with specification, site work comply with internal WI, report occurrence in time and positively
3. GMS System budget control
5% budget saving, find efficient way to improve project margin, share good practice with others
4. GMS system schedule control
Follow GMS and whole project schedule, find effective and positive way to catch shedule, no complaint from customer about schedule issue
5. Project Preparation
Complete system design based on customer's RFQ and AL Proposal. Prepare correct RFQ (scope, schedule, brand…) to subcontractor based on customer's RFQ and AL Proposal. Submit system design drawing and documentation for customer approval after confirmed by PM
6. Test & Commissioning & Handover
All necessary test and inspection done under correct witness and with correct record, effective punch list issued.
Final document match requirements and prepare ready in time, document quality is good. All punch list is closed, no items is found.
Requirements:
Bachelor, Automatic Control or electrical related
Working experience of semiconductor or TFT industry, in FMCS, GMS, GDS system construction, prefer have experience in specialty equipment manufacturer company.> 3 yr
GMS project management
? Good at communication and interpersonal skills
? Good at motivation and coaching.
? Good at self-management and self-motivation
? Ability to work extended hours and shift work as business needs dictate.
? On call nights, weekends and holidays as required.

GMS engineering and basic trouble shooting
? Good command of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office.
