Objectives

This position is mainly independent in charge of KWSH Fine Wines management.

Fine Wines

• As the communication bridge between the regional office request and Hong Kong fine wine team on referral sales, requests, blocking of stocks and other enquires;
• Managing depletion expectation and execution for all fine wine related brands and products;
• Effective planning of shipment arrangement and coordination for any importation issues between logistics, HK procurement team and wine merchant;
• Lead and manage of all fine wine related events or promotions, creating budgets, coordination and technical execution;
• Updating fine wine stock availability, assuring inventory are always up to date;
• Analyzing monthly fine wine depletion, aligning with brand depletion target, managing any slow moving items;
• Updating on fine wine catalogue, ensuring all prices and information are up to day;
• Conducting a quarterly fine wine market intelligence survey and analysis, understand the market trend and strategize following quarter fine wine sales strategies

Brand

• Monitor and analyze brand profitability, sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity
• Manage A&P budgets of each brand including developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting the activities and results of said A&P expenditures;
• Manage organization, implementation and reporting the results of winery trip or Kerry Wines customer visits;
• Brand management and communications to ensure a satisfied cooperation;
• Work closely with trade marketing on the implementation of events and promotions initiated by brand
• Work closely with supply chain team on brand order quantities to optimize inventory management;
• Support on KW own brand implementation and portfolio review and improvement.

Job Qualification (Listed below but not limited to)

• Result-oriented, self starter and driver, attentive to detail and able to work and deliver under pressure;
• Quality oriented;
• Team work spirit;
• Excellent communications and presentations skills;
• English fluent in speaking and writing.
