Job Title: CRM Executive

Reports to: Client Engagement Manager

Department: Client Engagement

Location: China


ROLE

This position is based in the Shanghai Saint Laurent office, directly reporting to the Client Engagement Manager to implement client activities and supporting a customer-centric culture with a particular focus on the retail network across China.


MISSION

Digital CRM

  • Implement the digital CRM strategies and smooth the online client reach-out flow
  • Provide backend support for WeChat Work CRM function such as client contact message, moment content preparation, client reassignment, etc.
  • Conduct training for WeChat Work CRM function to the retail team
  • Maintain the platform of DCC, LUCE, WeChat Work CRM function and resolve the CRM software issues with the Kering IT team
  • Monitor and report the online data analysis such as reach-out rate, client contact ratio, moments hit rate
  • Support other digital CRM initiatives such as KOC and Live Streaming Interaction with clients online etc.

Event & CRM Routines

  • Collaborate with different business partners to integrate business campaigns to drive CRM results
  • Coordinate in-store and offsite client events such as collection launch and trunk show, facilitate the communication between HQ, other departments and stores
  • Generate regular dashboard report to review program effectiveness, present analytical solutions to improve retention, recruitment and reactivation of customers
  • Support retail team to cooperate with the landlord to recruit top VIC
  • Support daily routines including vendor tracking, project deck consolidation and meeting arrangement
  • Build and maintain the client database
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM or membership management, experience in digital CRM and project management would be a plus
  • Articulate and precise in communication
  • Excellent skills for Excel and other Office Software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in CRM system and statistical tools will be an advantage
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills
