Role & responsibilities:

• Day to day support for regional ICT infrastructure and IT security operation in regional Data Center and all sites in the region, the scope including VMWare, Cisco Routing & Switching, VoIP & Wireless, SAN Storage, Disaster Recovery, VPN Services, SQL environments, Exchange, and Windows Servers including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, etc.

• Setup regional infrastructure facilities with the global and regional standard and solution. Align with Global BackOffice teams to fulfill global infrastructure and security standardization requirements and new initiatives.

• Setup and maintain the regional virtualization system including VMware vSphere,

  vCenter and Horizon view.

• Setup and maintain the regional backup system Symantec according to the backup policy and teach all sites are all complied with the defined policy

• Monitor all infrastructure environment to make sure in good health/performance

• Setup and deliver SCCM solution to provide a good pre-install OS system, deploy the standard software.

• Setup and maintain security system like SEP and SCCM windows patches. To make sure regional PCs/Servers to comply with latest SEP definition and Windows monthly security update

 

Management style & key competencies required:

• Strong ability for MS Windows Servers, Linux, and MS SQL management

• Strong experience with VMware system, Enterprise SAN, backup system, configuring and managing Firewall, Switch, Proxy, VPN, Cisco products. Certificates of VMware VCP is plus.

• Strong Virtualization knowledge on VMware, experience with vSphere Esxi6.5 or higher, vCenter, vSAN, Horizon view, Site Replication, Certificate of VCP is plus

• Strong Dell Storage knowledge on Dell EQ or EMC SAN

• Strong experience with datacenter facility services and structured cabling standards.

• Good experience of identity and access management, end-point protection, and operational security management.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;

• Good communication skill and team work spirit, good learning ability, and strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

• Good English reading and written skills.

Experience & skills required:

• Bachelor degree or above with major in computer related area

• At least 8 years related working experience in IT Infrastructure area
