It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to become part of our dynamic Talent Rewards team!

As Total Rewards Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Regional Total Rewards Manager to apply the global compensation, benefits and mobility strategies and programs to the Greater Asia region that support the attraction, retention and motivation of employees.

You Will Spend Your Time:

• Evaluating jobs using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology.

• Develop and/or participate in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company's competitive position.

• Providing advice to the HR People Services Team on total rewards polices and processes to ensure professional HR guidance is given and carried out in line with the company’s corporate policies and values

• Responsible for international assignment letters. Identify areas of improvement.
  

• Responsible for the maintenance of the Greater Asia Total Rewards Knowledge Management Database by updating changes in total rewards policies, processes and document.

• Provide input and review compensation proposals for new hires, promotions & off-cycle salary increases for conformance to established guidelines and communicating to Regional Compensation where there may be concerns / issues

• Responsible for preparing cost estimates and advising HRBPs on global mobility processes
  
  

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you have:

• 3-5 years' experience in a compensation and benefits role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant discipline

• Understanding and working knowledge of local country laws and regulations in Greater Asia related to compensation & benefits

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP

• Demonstrate strategic agility, business acumen and strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as be proactive and not afraid to take decisions

• Excellent communication skills, decisiveness, independent and perseverant skills

• Experience in a matrixed organization
