岗位职责 ：

1.Take on project-based electrical and controls engineering responsibilities and support project managers to complete engineering designs within budget and schedule;

协助项目中电气和控制工程的设计工作，同时协助项目团队按照计划和预算完成项目；

2.Supervise panel assembly;

监督面板组装；

3.Assist to produce standard documentations of instrumentation and control, such as earth diagram, cable schedule, load list etc

协助制作符合石化、化工和国际标准的电气系统过程文件，例如 设备接地图，电缆表，负荷清单等；

4.Assist to produce work packages for procurement, fabrication and installation;

协助给采购部门准备采购以及询价所需要的文件；

5.Perform electrical site supervision and assist in commissioning work;

项目的现场管理以及试车；

Education: Bachelors degree or above in electrical, or control and instrumentation engineering;

教育：本科或以上学历，电气控制等相关专业

Working Experience: Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in a project environment in the environmental technology, chemical, or energy related industries;

工作经验：至少有1年以上在环境技术、化工或能源相关行业工作经验；

Technical & Professional Knowledge: 

技术和专业知识：

1.Knowledge of electrical (motor control center, VSD etc) and control devices (process instruments, analyzer, actuator etc); 

相关的马达控制中心，变频器知识以及过程控制测量仪表，分析仪表和执行器的知识

2.Experience in high end Siemens, Allen Bradley, GE and Schneider PLC

有高端PLC 系统的使用经验（SIEMENS，AB，GE和Schneider）.

3.Knowledge in both local and international codes, standards and regulations;

熟悉国内和国际规范、标准和法规

4.Experience in vendor engagement and technical evaluation;

能够与供应商进行技术澄清和沟通谈判；

5.Communicable written and spoken English;

一般英语说写;

6.Proficient in using relevant engineering design software eg Eplan is desirable.

精通应用相关工程设计软件 优先考虑。
