1. Assist project manager to perform progress management, quality manager, cost control, safety management in the equipment installation. General responsible for progress, quality, cost, safety, coordination at site.

协助项目经理进行设备安装过程中的进度管理，质量管理，成本控制和安全管理。总负责施工现场的进度，质量，成本，安全，沟通协调。

2. Good communication with engineers from Tialoc, construction company, client, supervision company, equipment supplier, etc, resolve happening problem about progress, quality, safety at the stage of equipment installation.

和亚德，施工单位，客户，监理单位，设备供应商的工程师保持良好的沟通，解决出现的在设备安装阶段出现的进度，质量，安全等问题。

3. Review workload and quality after extra work items finish.

审核增项完成之后的工作量和质量。

4. Arrange site engineer to daily records of all site activities, including information on labor and plant, any non-conformance items.

安排现场工程师每天做好所有现场活动的记录，包括劳动力、工厂信息，任何不符合项。

5. Review construction plan, technical plan and safety measures and make technical disclosure, monitor construction company execution.

审核施工单位提交的施工方案，技术方案，安全措施，进行技术交底，监督施工单位并实施。

6. According actual condition, compile project construction plan.

根据实际情况，编制工程施工计划。

7. Site material management, Establish the management ledger for incoming and outgoing materials.

现场材料管理，建立材料入库和出库管理台账。

8. Arrange site engineer to perform document management.

安排现场工程师进行施工文档的管理。

9. Prevent and solve the emergency on site.

预防和解决施工现场的突发事件。

10. Perform other duties as assigned.

执行领导分配的其他任务。

任职要求：

Education: Diplomas in mechanical/equipment engineering or process piping related discipline.

教育: 本科及以上学历，机械/装备工程，或工艺管道相关专业。

Working Experience: More than 8 years relevant working experience in a project environment in the environmental technology， chemical, petrochemical or energy related industry.

工作经验：至少8年以上在项目工程的环境里、在环境技术，化工、石油化工或能源相关行业工作经验如：锅炉安装，化工冶炼，废固焚烧，废气焚烧，水处理等工程建设现场管理经验。

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

技术和专业知识：

1.Proficient and experienced with engineering site construction, installation, commissioning, acceptance, operations, as well good in communications and co-ordination;

具备工程现场施工、安装、验收、调试、运行管理经验，善于沟通协调现场联系;

2. Familiar using MS Office software and understand piping or equipment installation and manufacturing drawing, PID drawing;

能熟练使用office办公软件，能理解管道和设备安装，制作图纸，PID图纸；

3. Familiar with relevant installation specification and requirement about boiler, steel structure, vessel, tower, instrument, valve, pump, fan, pipe prefabrication, etc.;

熟悉相关的锅炉安装规范，钢结构安装规范，容器和塔设备安装规范，仪表安装规范，阀门安装规范，泵安装规范，风机安装规范，管道预制方面的要求等；

4. Familiar with pipe material and steel structure material, welding, conventional equipment installation and inspection process, have common sense knowledge of equipment manufacturing and inspection;

熟悉管道材料和钢结构材料，焊接，常规设备安装及报验流程，对设备制造及检验了解；

5. Knowledge about safety and civilized construction;

6.Can adapt to frequent outstation condition;

7.Having foreign engineering company work experience is desirable.
