1. Competently lead multidiscipline engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure project delivery including staff development, project management and technical responsibility;

  能胜任带领各类工程团队，采购团队，施工团队来确保项目准时交付，包括员工发展，项目管理和技术方面的职责；

 

2. Undertake complete project planning including schedule development, resource planning, engineering work, procurement planning, quality control, construction, commissioning;

 完成项目规划包括进度安排、资源规划、工程工作、采购规划、质量控制、施工，调试工作;

 

3. Understand management expectation and implement project management strategy to ensure project is completed safely, meeting design requirements and process guarantees, quality expectations, within budget and schedule;

了解管理期望和器项目管理策略确保项目安全完成，在内预算和规定时间内满足设计要求、进程保证，质量预期；

 

4. Accountable for project controls: project cost estimating, planning/scheduling, project benchmarking, effective cost control/forecasting, effective project progress control/earned value reporting, change management, cash flow management and financial status of the project;

 有责任的为项目控制:包括项目成本估算，计划时间表，项目基准，有效成本控制/预测，有效的项目进度控制/挣值报告，变动管理，现金流管理，项目的财务状况管理;

 

5.  Responsible for managing the project interfaces with all parties involved including internal and external communication, document management and transfer of relevant project data according to a communication and document control plan;

在公司之间，客户之间做好沟通工作，负责项目管理，作为内外部的沟通接口，文件管理，根据沟通计划对有关项目资料进行转交;

 

6. On-site management of multiple trade contractors including safety, logistics, schedule coordination and quality of work;

对多种行业承包商的现场管理职责，包括安全、后勤、计划协调、质量工作;

 

7.  Identify and manage project risks;

鉴别和管理项目风险;

Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related discipline

教育：本科及以上学历，机械工程、化学工程与工程学相关专业

Working Experience: Minimum 8 years working experience in project execution, at least 3 years direct project management experience, knowledgeable in design and construction matters in the environmental technology, chemical, or energy related industries;

工作经验：至少8年以上在项目执行的工作经验，至少3年直接管理项目的经验, 有设计及施工问题的知识，在环保、化工, 制药或能源相关行业;

Technical & Professional Knowledge

技术和专业知识：

1. Demonstrated ability in managing small to medium design and construction projects each ranging US 5 million;

有管理中小型施工项目的能力和经验，每个项目大小和复杂程度在500万美金以上；

2.  Excellent client management and communication skills;

优秀的客户管理和沟通技巧；

3.  Competent to read and understand technical document/drawings;

能够深刻理解技术文件及图纸；

4. Good understanding of contracting principles and the contracting process;

5. Ability to motivate, mentor, manage and develop staff and team members;
