岗位职责：

Develop social media plan, both yearly and campaign based with company's strategic positioning.

根据公司的战略，制定社会化媒体的年度计划与活动计划；

Prepare and publish content on social media platforms and track the data performance.

企业微信公众号的内容准备与发布，并跟踪数据效果；

Responsible for the writing of corporate news materials and promotional manuscripts.

负责企业新闻资料及宣传稿件的撰写；

Plan and deliver the company newsletter on quarterly base.

策划与发布公司的季度通讯；

Maintain and develop relationship with media in multi channels, establishing and maintaining company image and brand exposure.

负责现有媒体的关系维护和新媒体的开发，建立维护公司形象与品牌露出；

Manage production of content-marketing activities.

整理与撰写内容营销活动的文案，并予以落地；

Responsible for the company's branding and business promotion (including but not limited to corporate videos, image photos, project models, PPTs, etc.)

负责公司的形象宣传和业务宣传（包括但不限于企业宣传片、形象照、项目模型、演讲稿等）；

Event organization and budget control for exhibition, seminar, etc.

市场相关的活动组织，包括展会/研讨会的准备和组织，以及费用预算及控制等事宜；

Provide marketing support for other branches in Asia;

为集团在亚洲的其他分公司提供相应的市场支持；

Other extra work assignments from the superior when needed.

岗位要求：

Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Advertising, Literature, etc.

教育：本科及以上学历，市场营销、管理类、广告类、文学类等相关专业者优先。

Working Experience: At least 3 years working experience; Working experience in multinational engineering company is a big plus

工作经验：至少3年以上工作经验；有跨国工程类公司工作经验者优先考虑

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

技术和专业知识：

Solid experience in brand promotion, planning and execution, and PR activities is preferred.

有丰富的品牌宣传、策划与执行、媒体活动等工作经验优先；

Good writing skill and campaign planning experience.

有较强的文字处理、活动策划执行经验；

Be familiar with design Softwares, such as Photoshop, AI is a big plus.

精通photoshop、AI等设计软件工具的应用者优先；

Be good at photo shooting, good command in video editing is a big plus.

爱好摄影，会进行视频的剪辑处理者优先;

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, good sense of industry trends and market direction.
有较强的资讯收集、问题分析和解决能力，能准确把行业动态和市场方向；

Strong communication and organization skill, good sense of teamwork spirit.
