Headquartered in Shanghai, HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited is a 50-50 joint venture between HSBC Insurance (Asia) Limited and The National Trust Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 1025 million. HSBC Life offers a comprehensive range of insurance solutions to our customers covering protection, retirement, children’s education, wealth growth and management, and legacy planning.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will

- Capturing, analysing and documenting business process

- Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions

- Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement

- Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication

- Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting 

- Assisting in the implementation of solutions

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

-5+ years life insurance experience

-Strong domain knowledge in the area of distribution, acturial, operation or digital transformation

-Experienced in business analysis skills, including but not limited to requirement collection and exploring, requirement analysis and documentation, solution design, test strategy design

-Decent communication skill in Chinese and English, collaborating with multiple stakeholders within and out of the company

-Strong responsibility and ownership in daily work
