Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will
??? Track business performance of Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) products and sales performance of RBWM branch network in Pearl River Delta (PRD)
? Execute corrective actions based on business profitability, financial benchmarking received from Finance Department against Annual Operation Plan (AOP)
? Facilitate and implement business performance management strategy to drive performance-based sales culture in PRD
? Implement activities management to uplift productivity level to meet AOP accordingly, keep alignment with HSBC China Headquarters in sales management
? Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements
???Bachelor degree holder or above (recognized by the state).
?5 years financial industry related working experience or above.
?Solid Skills of PPT and Excel is preferable.
?Good communication skills and team work spirits.
?Self disciplined, motivated and well-organized.
?Fluent verbal and writing English.
?RBWM related experience is requred for better understanding of newwork coaching needs.
?Coaching related experience is preferable.
