职位1：软件/网站开发：

• Analyze, develop, enhance and maintain QAD Enterprise applications. Includes creation of test plans, design specification, development and unit testing of source code, schema design, prototyping and documentation.
• Perform analysis to define requirements for new features or modifications including affected programs, expected behavior, related document changes and test scenarios.
• Performs maintenance and enhancement of new and/or existing software systems or product modules, on QAD supported platforms, such as UNIX, Windows, and NT.
• Prepares program documentation of product components.
• Establishes technical proficiency in design, implementation, and unit testing.
• Strives to increase application knowledge
• Follows QAD development standards
• Performs related duties as required
• Functions as member of project teams

职位2：软件测试：

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to understand the product and provided meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and  well-structured test plans and test cases
• Design, develop and execute automation(60%)/manual(40%) test scripts
• Clearly and effectively document any issues identified during testing in JIRA system, and do root cause analysis if possible
• Monitor continuous integration automation test system
• Work with Support and Services to reproduce issues reported by customers
• Feedback on team’s continuous improvement, and optimize process
• Participates in ISO Quality System Audits and ISO Quality System Meetings.
