职位描述
To provide the Leadership and management to the Sales Team in the Region to achieve the short term regional volume/GP targets, and long term business objectives regarding the distributor development, channel exploration, brand propositions, customer satisfaction, trade support, as well as the internal people recruiting, training, motivation and performance management.

Relative experience, educational background and skills desired.
At least 10 years demonstrated experience in marketing and sales in either the pump industry or an engineering environment, in a management capacity.
Good at English Speaking, Reading and Writing.
Good at Computer MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with a mature personality and be able to work independently under pressure
