岗位职责：

1、协助上级领导做好公司信息披露工作，收集整理信息披露所需的各类文档、资料，及时了解公司在日常经营活动中产生的重大信息。

Assist superior leaders to do a good job in the company's information disclosure, collect and sort all kinds of documents and materials needed for information disclosure, and timely understand the major information generated in the company's daily business activities.

2、协助董事会秘书、证券事务代表组织筹备董事会会议和股东大会，协助准备会议议案、决议和会议记录，保管公司上市相关董事会会议和股东大会会议记录和文件、信息披露文件、股东名册资料、董事名册、股东及董事持股资料等，并负责董事会印章的使用和保管。

Assist the Secretary of the Board of Directors and Representative of Securities Affairs in organizing the preparation of board meetings and general meetings of shareholders, Assist in the preparation of meeting motions, resolutions and minutes, keep the minutes and documents of board meetings and general meetings of shareholders related to the company's IPO, the company’s information disclosure documents, documents related to the list of shareholders, the list of directors, materials on shareholders and directors' shareholding, etc., and be responsible for the use and safekeeping of the board seal.

3、协助处理IPO相关工作，汇总、整理各类相关文档，审核、修改上市发行阶段所有文件。

Assist to deal with IPO related work, summarize and sort out all kinds of related documents, review and modify all documents in the IPO stage.

4、协助上级领导协调公司内部各部门，收集整理上市准备期间所需的各类文档、资料，协助进行公司上市的各类准备工作。

Assist the superior leaders to coordinate different departments of the company, collect and sort out all kinds of documents and materials needed during the IPO preparation period, and assist in all kinds of preparation work for the company's IPO.

5、 协助完成对外联络和公关工作，包括与股东、投资者、证监会、交易所、政府部门等外部的联系以及关系维护。

Assist in external liaison and public relations maintenance, including external liaison and relationship maintenance with shareholders, investors, China Securities Regulatory Commission, stock exchange, government departments, etc..

6、填写各级监管层的专项调查表及信息统计表，并协助上级领导对公司网站投资者关系板块内容的组织与更新。

Fill in the special questionnaire and information statistics form of the supervision authorities at all levels, and assist the superior leaders to organize and update the contents of the investor relations section of the company's website.

7、协助董事会秘书、证券事务代表开展对外投资、并购、融资等资本运作。

Assist Secretary of the Board of Directors, Representative of Securities Affairs to carry out investment, mergers and acquisitions, financing and other capital operations.

8、持续关注新闻媒体上关于公司、公司客户和同行业公司的信息，并将其收集、整理后及时向上汇报。

Continuously pay attention to information about the company, its customers and companies in the same industry in the news media, and timely report to the superior leaders after collecting and sorting them.

9、董秘安排的其他事宜。

岗位要求：

1、全日制211或985本科及以上学历，法律、财务专业优先;

Full-time bachelor degree or above in 211 or 985 universities, major in law or finance is preferred;

2、3-5年工作经验，有投行、律所工作经历或上市公司董事会办公室工作经验者优先；

3-5 years working experience, working experience in investment bank, law firm or board office of listed company is preferred;

3、英语写作能力优秀，英语口语流利，能以英语作为工作语言;

Excellent Writing ability in English, fluent in spoken English, able to use English as working language;

4、工作态度积极主动，良好的公文写作能力，能够熟练使用office办公软件；

Active working attitude, good document writing ability, proficient in using Office software;

5、良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，能严守公司机密，同时具备良好的沟通技巧和灵活的处事能力；

Good professionalism and professional ethics, able to strictly keep company’s secrets, and has good communication skills and is flexible in dealing with affairs.

6、能够承受较强的工作压力，适应性和应变能力强，工作细心，责任心强。

Able to work under pressure, strong adaptability and emergency-dealing ability, careful in work, strong sense of responsibility.
