Role Summary/Purpose
The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for creating & implementing service sales strategy, promoting service offering and solutions, identifying service opportunities and leading the service sales activity to drive sustainable service growth and customer satisfaction for Waygate technologies.
Essential Responsibilities
· Work with service, sales and business unit leadership to set up service growth strategy and game plan to achieve service sales target.
· Lead the IXS installed base data collection and entitlement and segmentation analysis, understand and match service offering’s with customer needs to generate service sales leads and build up a healthy service sales pipeline. · Provide cost effective and win-win solutions to customers and lead customer contract negotiation. Work with sales, channel partners to determine the best approach to maximize our commercial outcomes.
· Understand customer pains and expectations by working with service managers and service engineers and drive internal processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Support service activities and operation excellence, including service agreement fulfillment, reporting, forecasting, delivering, billing and collection activities.
· Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and all internal organizations. Proactively identify customer needs and develop and implement customer specific solutions.
Qualifications /Requirements
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Proven good communication and problem-solving skills
· Willing to accept frequent travels
· English language skills in both written and speaking as mandatory requirement.
