Key Responsibilities：

1. Development of Nolato thermal product by working closely with R&D team and production team in Beijing 50%;Technical support to sales department and customer (Field Engineer) 50%.
2. Development of new testing/control method related to the new product, process development and new customer requirements.
3. Develop prototype samples with related processes, develop timelines and cost estimation for thermal product and deliver work and test procedures to production.
4. Working close to customer and understand their application in order to recommend right thermal material.
5. Prepares accurate and concise reports regarding experiments, new product formulations and test methods.

Skills and Specifications ： 

1. An experience from R&D type of work is mandatory. at least 2 years of experience in product & processing development.
2. Master’s degree or above in Chemical & process Engineer, material Engineering, or related field.
3. Knowledge of thermal engineering design is mandatory. knowledge on polymer and material formulation techniques and good understanding on composite material, with material processing experience is preferred.
4. An experience with working in a global company and good experience in communication in English.
5. Strong communication and customer service skills, experimental design and statistical analysis.
6. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities are useful in this role.
7. Highly motivated, team player, results oriented and great attention to details.
