岗位职责：

1. 协助监查员管理和解决试验相关的问题；

2. 帮助监查员与试验相关人员保持良好和有效的沟通；

3. 协助监查员组织研究者会议；

4. 协助整理临床试验文档和科学文献数据的检索、收集；

5. 协调临床部行政事务的工作；

6. 与其他职能部门共同合作；

7. 完成直线经理和或项目经理（PM）分配的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 良好的计算机技能，包括熟练应用微软Word、Excel和PowerPoint. 熟练使用各种办公软件及设备。

2. 良好的口头和书面沟通能力。

3. 良好的组织协调能力。

4. 有效的时间管理技巧，能够同时处理冲突工作的能力。

5. 与同事、经理和客户建立和维护高效工作关系的能力。

6. 有责任心，积极进取，谨慎细致，条理性强；
