What You’ll Do

You will be a member of Retail Management, to be involved in the leasing affairs of the mall. You are required to handle all kinds of works with sense of responsibility, open mind, concentration and efficiency.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？   Tracking the market movements and exploring the quality potential tenants for the mall

？   Maintaining and updating the tenants database for the team

？   Assisting Manager to handle daily leasing enquiry and conduct the leasing process, such as executing contracts, documentation management, etc.

？   Assisting Manager to generate the leasing and operation strategy of the mall

？   Working closely with tenants to understand their business and managing them in daily operations Collaborating with internal teams to assure a positive and prompt response

？   Maintaining system information and assist department to provide aggregate analysis data

？   Assist in the implement of other matters of the department.

Who You Are

You are expected to be such a partner: full-time university bachelor degree or above, good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English, proficient use of office software.

Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:

？   We want you to have at least 5-year work experience in retail leasing industry, but candidates with less experience will also be welcome if you can play under pressure and be willing to achieve the cause of clients with us

？   We wish you an outgoing personality and with good team spirit

？   Be able to actively share knowledge and strive to make progress

？   Good communication and interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with clients
