岗位职责：

1. 设备管理制度建立

依据现场的特性，建立工程SOP、现场手册、年度PPM计划、服务商管理及评估、施工安全管理、设备清单等文档及文档的备案，定期依据现场运营条件的变化更新相关所有的文档；

2. 配件、工具采购

在确保现场的正常运营，定期采购配件、工具，并且确保现有库存的合理化；

3. 设备检查维修保养

工程师定期进行现场的巡检，同时对设施技术员的维修质量给予跟踪。依据年度PPM计划，协调相关服务商、组织设施技术员，如期高质量完成所有的维保工作；

4. 人员管理

严格执行公司的人事等相关制度，管理现场设施团队；

5. 技术指导和培训

定期对现场的设施技术员、助理做相关培训和技术指导，以促进提高设施技术员的维修技能水平和助理的工程知识；

6. 工程项目支持

工程项目施工过程的监督管理

7. 紧急事件响应

制作相关管理流程，并培训到现场每一位员工；严格执行紧急响应流程，确保最低限度降低客户的经济、设备、资产等损失；

8. 服务商管理

制定相关的的管理流程，严格执行公司EHS标准、流程。定期评估服务商的服务质量，及时提交相关的会议记录、服务报告和评估报告等；

9. 协调工作

协助工程经理完成相关部门（业主、物业、客服等）和相关人员的协调工作。

10. 其他

根据营运需要，完成上级安排的工作。

任职资格：

1. 教育背景：大专及以上学历，具有机电、暖通和电力相关工科专业背景；

2. 熟练使用EXCEL, Word, Power point等Office平台软件，掌握CAD软件；

3. 具有3年以上设备设施和人员的管理经验，精通设备设施的原理结构和维修保养流程；具有较强的逻辑思维与分析能力；

4. 熟悉电力（高、低压电力）、暖通系统；

5. 具有局部的项目施工、验收管理能力；

具有工作责任心强、可承受较大的工作压力。
