·？？？？？ Establish agile processes, methods and forge an agile mindset, create transparency and remove impediments – on team and organizational level

·？？？？？ Enable and grow people according to our purpose and strategy with the appropriate tools and methods to formulate and sustain high performance

·？？？？？ Together with stakeholders and peers transfer the business strategy into day to day collaboration across hierarchy levels, functions and regions

·？？？？？ Act as a consultant for change management with projects with focus on organization, leadership, collaboration, process & methods

Qualifications
