Job Purpose:

• To coordinate and monitor the all-round logistics tasks in China by working closely with our logistics partners and overseas offices.

Key Accountabilities:

• Communicate with logistic partners, vendors and HK subsidiary closely in coordinating China import shipment including customs information preparation
• Monitor closely the 3PL warehouse performance including but not limited to inbound/ outbound leadtime, local delivery arrangement, cost comparison & control, etc
• Report immediately to all the relevant parties for CIQ items
• Coordinate with HQ for providing the guarantee card information database to the 3PL warehouse
• Organize the product quality inspection with Merchandising Team, 3PL warehouse & laboratory
• Coordinate with all relevant parties in order to fully utilize the warehouse manpower capacity and balance among different business stakeholders in China
• Support on defective/ return product & shipment discrepancy handling & process the claims with forwarders, warehouse, HK subsidiary and insurance company
• Verify invoice from vendors, such as 3PL warehouse, forwarders, local courier service, etc
• Submit regular logistics reports to Italy and HK
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Logistic or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in importing for China market is a must
• Proactive, figure sensitive and attentive to details
• Independent, Good organization and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese
