Architect for multiple projects

Overall site / spatial planning

Design and documentation of various buildings for clients

Management of others including LDI to document buildings that are code compliant

Coordination with other disciplines and external consultants to achieve a completed building

Anticipate problems which may occur and avoid/prevent them from occurring

Thinking laterally to achieve the aims for the project – safety / cost / time / quality

Attend site as required for measure ups, meetings and development sessions with client and authorities

General CSA team duties, including attending monthly team meetings and achieving personal development and personal office goals. Contribute to improve the CSA Knowledge Centre.     

Experience in Life Science and High Technology Industry project

Able to design and document and detail a building and site in China.

Able to produce documents for inclusion in a work package.

Able to work with other team members effectively to produce an efficient coordinated building design.

Able to write a design report with a logical order of sections and clear content
