      工作职责

      Job Description of PIE

      Experienced in PIE work

      (1) To develop and optimize N+Y process with TO, Modules, Device and PDE    teams;

      (2) To define document and control all process specification for the    product pass through all process area;

      (3) To control of nonconformance (Internal as well as External) with    proper root cause analysis and instant preventive & Improvement    actions;

      (4) Continuous Process development in terms of product efficiency, quality,    process window, reliability, Cost reduction, etc.

      

      Job Description of Senior PIE

      Expert in 3D NAND: Loop Owners

      (1) To lead loop/team members to develop and breakthrough critical    processes aggressively; 

      (2) To co-work with team members to develop 3D-NAND loop process    effectively;

      (3) To organize whole loop PRS and CIP efficiently.

      (4) Manager Project transfers from various Aavid sites, Proper Equipment    & Architecture selection etc.

      

      岗位要求

      Job Requirepment of PIE

      (1) More than 2 years' working experience, esp. R&D skills and/or PIE    experience;

      (2) Good at Data analysis, Summary & Report;

      Job Requirepment of Senior PIE

      (1) More than 8 years' PIE working experience, esp. R&D and/or 3D-NAND    professional skills;

      (2) Good at project management;

      (3) Experienced in Leadership.
