Main responsibilities：
Assist in the development of Functional &Leadership training strategies that are aligned with business objectives
Support office and all channels training needs including owned retail, outlets, FRS, E-Commerce
Work closely with Global HR team for consistent knowledge/skills transfer at local level, necessary training material from HQ, management of localizing training content & translation, and provide local voice
Collect and analyse corporate functional learning needs from all supporting functions
Develop competency based training curriculum for all supporting function
Track and analyse the training effectiveness
Develop and implement sales learning strategies and programs within an organization
Review individual and organization development needs
Develop competency-based training curriculum for all supporting functions
Deliver, manage and facilitate the whole process of training programs and other initiatives – building an Annual Calendar for delivery of Internal Trainings and External Partner Training
Organize e-learning courses, workshops and other learning programs
Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through a clear career path and through a clear succession planning process
Prepare implement and control a learning & development budget
Support HRD & MD to build company culture through various team building
Provide companies with demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops
Provide, sponsor and closely monitor performance feedback process

Requirements：
Bachelor and above education
5-8 years’ relevant experience
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation/office software skills
Good logical, analytical and planning skills
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Efficient time management and results oriented
Genuine interest in teaching and demonstrating
Strong career interest in training development and organization
Fashion sense & Fashion knowledge.
Be able to travel
