岗位职责

1.负责对接第三方物业管理公司，有效的监督、管理、落实执行服务标准，检查工作落实情况；

2.管理项目财务各类款项的收取，创造增值业务收益、控制运营成本、编制预算。主持项目日常管理工作；

3.根据各时期的实际状况，执行改进和提高大楼运营物业管理工作水平；

4.审视、掌握所有与服务有关的投诉意见，确保都获得适时的处理及回应；

5.日常巡视，对设备运行保养、安保、保洁和绿化等方面的服务情况进行了解;

6.对项目紧急事件做出应急处理。

任职资格:

1.相关专业本科及以上学历，10年以上相关工作经验，5年以上管理岗位经验；

2.熟悉物业项目的整体运作，具备制定各项工作标准和流程的能力；

3.具备物业管理公司标准化管理体系工作相关经验，能熟练推行标准化管理体系；熟知国家和地方物业管理相关法律法规文件。
