Responsibility:

Perform regular visits to existing customers.

Prospect the new customers.

Comply budget.

Fulfill SVR, and other relative report requested by manager-Handling complaints and trouble shooting.

Support AR (accounts receivable) collection.

Maintaining relationship with existing customers.

Lead the team to enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment to meet and exceed department KPI targets.

 

Other Qualification:

More than 5 years related experience in international logistics company.

CET 4 or above, or other parallel level certificate.

Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Familiar with operational process of freight forwarder.

Diligent, team-work, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and solve problems.

Aggressive and customer service skills are preferred.
