Main Responsibilities

  

1. Support Project Management to maintain the database / file server and prepare reports / presentations / MoUs / schedules / meeting notes.

2. Support Project Management on the contract management of related projects' POs, such as purchasing / payment requisition in SAP, standing book.

3. Support Project Management to connect the projects related stakeholders / interfaces.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or above (master is preferred)

Prefer major in Business / Project / Operation / Production / Engineering / Administration Management, Economics or International Trade

2. Be Fluent both in written and oral in English and Chinese; Portuguese is a plus

3. In patience, detail & organized oriented;

4. Good analytical and communications skills;   

5. Good at Excel and PPT;

6. Knowledge on SAP or Power BI is plus.

7. At lease 2-3 days per week for 6 months.
