Role & Responsibilities:

1.      Act as dedicate Account Manager for Key Account assigned by company.

2.      Customer focus.

3.      Monitor day-to-day business operation based on business scope.

4.      Overall performance management including operation excellent / system maintenance / customer reporting / track & trace / invoice accuracy / outstanding / MBR or QBR.

5.      Manage RFQ bidding.

6.      New business implementation.

7.      Expand exist business / explore new & ad-hoc business.     

8.      Support product team for trade lane development. 

Qualifications:

1.      Marketing & Sales experience in international Logistics & Forwarding industrial 3-5 years.

2.      Familiar with international and China domestic operation practice air/ocean/trucking. 

3.      Understanding of China customs basic regulation inbound and outbound.  

4.      Market intelligence.

5.      Best in KAM for Global Account experience.

6.      Capable for presentation skill. 

7.      Fluent English speaking & writing.
