岗位职责：

1、负责推广、销售公司招聘业务；（产品例如：招聘平台，校园招聘，猎头服务，培训测评，人力资源外包，RPO等）

2、开发潜在客户，跟进公司分配的客户信息，了解客户需求，提供专业解决方案；

3、建立、维护良好的客户关系，解决客户疑问，推进成交；

4、执行公司的各项销售政策，达成业绩目标。 

岗位晋升：

KD(培训部)-KC（成长组）-KB（精英客户）-KA（大客户）

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，可接受应届毕业生；

2、年龄26岁以下，有1年及以上的渠道拓展经验或销售经验优先； 

3、熟练使用Excle，PPT，良好的数据分析总结能力和讲解能力。

4、具备处理问题，计划分析，沟通能力强，抗压能力强，逻辑思维强，有团队合作意识，推动实施能力，能快速推动业务合作达成。
