- Set up test environment and manager the Keysight test device with CANoe solution

- Create test specification and test cases charging function LAH and standards

- To build up automatic testing process and test bench with Audi support

- Deliver daily test results and test summary to Audi

- Vehicle Functional test with Keysight and CANoe architecture

- Align with Audi for technical solution of test bench

- Troubleshooting test bench and debug the failures of test bench.

- Test execution

？ Set up test equipment and environment, carry out the charging tests on test bench.

？ Conduct tests including AC and DC charging test (smart charging function test).

？ Adapt testing on test bench and commission before each Software.

？ Create the test report and failure track list to Audi China

- Ticket handling

？ Provide enough and extract traces/logs and other information on ticket creation in or-der to support analysis.

？ Verify test results in Audi China and repeat testing when bug finding.

？ Conduct retests, if some tickets are required for another execution, depending on different situations, to approve bugs fixing with new release.

 

- Test case/specification maintenance and development

？ Identify deviations between the current test cases with changing functional requirements or implementation.

？ Create new test cases/specifications for newly defined functionalities and new GB standards.

- Output

？ Automatic test cases and test process

？ Comparison GB/T standards with other country versions and report to Audi China monthly.

？ Automation test set up and can run 20% with Automatic tools

？ Daily report and trace analysis.

？ Test spec and test cases for AC and DC charging functions

？ Test result and test report to Audi China charging team

Requirements

-           Knowledge on automotive industry, particularly on new energy vehicle

-           Knowledge of test cases and test specification creation

-           Knowledge on Electrical Engineering and CAN bus

-           Knowledge on both European and Chinese charging standards

-           Knowledge on communication protocol on charging system

-           Experience with NEV charging function testing and validation

-           Rich experience test bench management and testing

-           HIL test bench and software skills are necessary

-           HV certification is plus

-           Test house working experience is plus

因科不仅提供技术支持，还有自主研发的系列产品。通过以往的项目经验，为降低人 力成本，缩短测试时间，高效率的完成质量管控，我司研发的主要产品有 Orange HiL，一 个可以模拟整车系统，并实现多个 ECU 集成测试。另一款产品“OrangeRack”, 是一款能 解决，在测试阶段时无法持续供电问题的一个优化产品。 最后介绍的一款产品 “OrangeSwitch”,是一个独立的测试转换器，可以让 HiL 或其它测试环境中的多个 ECU 做 到自动切换的功能。
