RESPONSIBILITY

    

    

l  Establish a well wellstructured sales & marketing strategic plan for 

    

l  life science cell culture, enzyme and Immunology products through continuous and in depth marketing research and analysis to capture the strong growth of China market and meet the expectations of the Company’s business development plan on the related products 

    

    

l  Formulate an implementation plan with aggressive sales & marketing initiatives and penetrations in executing the above‐mentioned plan and annual sales targets

    

    

l  Work closely with sales managers to allocate sales budgets, resources and supports among account managers in executing the above plans and achieving the targets

    

    

l  Provide training, technical and product supports as well as necessary supervision and motivation to sales account managers to improve their related product knowledge, selling skills and account management ability in the achievements of sales targets

    

    

l  Initiate and conduct appropriate market campaigns and promotions, attend seminars and tradeshows to capture growth opportunities and improve brand and Company images in life science industry in China

    

    

l  Interact actively with customers, including potential customers to capture the market development trends and opportunities

    

    

    

    

REQUIREMENTS

    

    

l  University graduate with a Master degree in cell culture, Enzyme, and Immunology.

    

l  2 years’ experience in the life sciences industry working in a technical specialist or application role

    

l  Results driven

    

l  Excellent communication and presentation skills
