Main Duties:

1. Develop and manage WH welding team.

2. Lead team to improve welding competence based on MSC development road map.

3. Lead experience and know how transfer in related area.

Qualification:

1. 8+ years' working experience at OEMs or at Body Shop supplier, majored in design, debugging of auto welding process.

2. -Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical design.

3. -Proficient in OFFICE, AUTO CAD, CATIA

4. -Fluent in written and oral English

5. -Management experience.

6. -Communication skills, coordination, team spirit.
