JOB PURPOSE:
Lead the design team within Engine Engineering
Experience Required:
? 5+ years of experiences in power train or automotive project management area in an international company environment
? Good understanding of design fundamentals within engines
? Solid track record and achievements in design and development activities
? Strong personality, comfortable to work in a multi-functional/cultural/regional environment
? Strongly result driven, meantime possesses good people skill to maintain a constructive and effective working relationship with all the involved functions/organizations
? Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
? Fluent English both oral and written
