职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Setup Wuhan Branch Office Engineer organization and Manager Engineering Team.
2. Lead team to improve technical competence based on MSC development road map.
3. Lead experience/ lessons learnt summary, know how database establishment.
4. Coordinate the technical activities with headquarter and other branch, set up connection channel with other ECs.
5. Keep clear communication channel between with Management and employee.
Experience Required:
1. Bachelor Degree in Automobile engineering or related major.
2. At least 7 years experience in automotive industry, and over 2 years in senior positions, working experience with multinational company is preferable.
3. Skilled in CAD system, CATIA VD/V4 will be a plus.
4. Fluent in English both oral and written.
5. Experienced in multi-culture working environment.
6. Leadership and Team player. Work under pressure.
