职位描述
Main Duties:
1. Develop Wuhan industrial service team based on MSC IS organization.
2. Lead team improve technical competence based on MSC development road map.
3. Lead experience and know how transfer in IS area.
4. Coordinate technical activities with headquarter and other branch, set up connection channel with other ECs.
5. Keep clear communication channel between with the Management and employee.
6. Support IS director from technical side to organize new project acquisition.
Qualification:
1. -Bachelor Degree in Automobile engineering or related major.
2. -At least 8 years in automotive industry, manufacturing related area, and over 3 years in senior position, working experience with multinational company is preferable.
3. -Fluent in English both oral and written.
4. -Experienced in multi-culture working environment.
5. -Leadership and Team player, work under pressure.
