Responsibilities::
1. Develop and manage WH welding team.
2. Lead team to improve welding competence based on MSC development road map.
3. Lead experience and know how transfer in related area.
Experience Required:
1. 10+ years' working experience at OEMs or at Body Shop supplier, majored in design, debugging of auto welding process.
2. -Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical design.
3. -Proficient in OFFICE, AUTO CAD, CATIA
4. -Fluent in written and oral English
5. -Management experience.
6. -Communication skills, coordination, team spirit.
