北京招聘

1、推行公司各类规章制度；

    

2、执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施；

    

3、新进员工入职培训，试用期的跟踪考核；

    

4、了解各部门招聘需求，实施招聘工作，发布招聘广告、进行简历筛选、评估候选人并提供初步面试报告，管理、开发招聘渠道；

    

5、协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续；

    

6、负责统计汇总，上报员工考勤月报表，处理考勤异常情况；

    

7、负责公司人事文件的呈转及发放；

    

8、负责管理人力资源相关文件和档案；

    

9、公司安排的其他工作内容。

任职资格：

1、人力资源或相关专业大专以上学历；

2、两年以上人力资源工作经验；

3、有较强语言组织能力，思维活跃，应变能力强，沟通良好

4、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；

5、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神；

6、熟练运用Office相关办公软件。
