职位描述
MISSION
(Why the position exists)
? Construct a professional warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient material flow from suppliers to customers
(What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)
? To implement EHS and 5S management to ensure the safety of warehouse team and warehouse capital
o Organize security training for warehouse operation team under the support by Security Engineer
o Implement warehouse equipment application daily checking and record
o Keep warehouse materials and facilities in order based on 5S principle
? To administer the warehouse operation based on MPH (Materials Providing & Handling) principle
o Standardize and document the warehouse operational work (receiving, storage, replenishing and shipping, etc.) and implement the training for warehouse team
o Measure warehouse efficiency and performance based on MPH principle
o Optimise warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of warehouse space and improve the efficiency of materials flow under the support by method Engineer
? To manage physical inventory to improve inventory accuracy
o Implement stocktaking and cycle counting to improve inventory accuracy
o Enforce external warehouse management including subcontracted materials, 3rd parties warehouse management
? To manage warehouse team
o Make out action plans to improve Logistics KPIs and follow up the implementation
o Ensure warehouse staff to obey the warehouse standard operation processes .
NETWORK OF INTERACTION Major interaction parties :
(Internal e.g. colleagues, Sales & Marketing Dept, Unions & etc. External e.g. legal advisor, customers, distributors, Clients & etc)
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor degree in Logistics speciality or equivalent majors in Science
Job Related Experience: At least 3 years experience in warehouse management or supply chain management in Multi-National Corporation or Sino-Joint Venture
Business Understanding: Supply Chain Management, MRP methodology
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Good data processing & analysis skill
SAP or related ERP application capability
Fluent in English & Chinese
