职责描述：

1. Make and document import and export declaration documents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of declaration materials.

1. 制作进出口报关单证，确保报关资料的准确性和完整性。

2. Working with customs declaration agents, coordinating cargo import and export declaration and inspection, etc. to ensure timely and accurate cargo clearance.

2. 与报关行合作，协调货物进出口报关报检等工作，确保货物清关及时准确。

3. Maintained the import and export cargo information to the company's customs system, and collected the import and export declaration data.

3. 维护公司海关系统的进出口货物信息，收集进出口报关资料。

4. Sorting and filing customs declaration documents

4. 整理和归档报关资料。

5. Other work assigned by the leader

5. 领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.Bachelor  degree or above, major in international trade, logistics, etc.

1. 本科以上学历，国际贸易、物流等相关专业。

2. At least three years relevant working experience.

2. 至少3年相关工作经验。

3. Familiar with the operation process of import and export of overseas imports, and familiar with relevant laws and regulations of customs

3. 熟悉海外进口的进出口操作流程，熟悉海关的相关法律法规。

4. Proficient in office software.

4. 熟练使用office办公软件。

5. Work conscientiously, meticulously and with a strong sense of responsibility.

5. 工作认真负责，一丝不苟，责任心强。

6. Ability to read, write and speak English is preferred.

6. 英语能够读写，口语好优先。

7. Experience in e-ledger operation is preferred.

7. 有电子分类帐操作经验者优先。
