Key Job Responsibilities:
-Definition and implementation of sales strategy in order to achieve sustainable and profitable growth of ETAS in China
-Business development for acquisition of new customers and new solutions
-Operational sales activities such as quotation, planning, forecasting, order management, commercial negotiation, receivables collection
-Development and maintenance of high-level customer relationships
-Management of a distributed sales team
Main Job Requirements / Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in engineering of automotive, electronics or control engineering. Master's degree preferred
-At least 5 years working experience in automotive industry, experience in automotive control engineering, especially in powertrain or chassis preferred
-management experience
-Demonstrated strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
-Excellent achievement record in sales/business acquisition
-Fluent English in talking and writing
-Frequent business travel (within China) is required
