Job Qualification

a)    Represent the section in the company and towards third parties

b)    Organize and control of the set-up of warehouse facilities including site selection, rental, security

c)    Issue obligatory instructions, directives and information in his field of responsibility and monitors compliance and performance

d)    Perform risk management - avoid unpredictable, unnecessary or exorbitant RISKS, possible fraud and bad debts; take timely actions with loss-making or not particularly profitable businesses, customers and department

e)    Personally or indirectly through relevant manager engage in leading and monitoring processes

Qualifications/Experience

a)    Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent

b)    Minimum 10 years working experiences with 5 years in related area, e.g. Supply China Management, Warehouse Management, Purchasing and Transportation Management.  Preferred within Logistics or adjacent industry.

c)    Experiences in eCom/B2C operations would be an advantage

d)    Business Development or Account management as a core skill

e)    Wide experiences and knowledge in operating a warehouse facility for multiple clients.

f)     Experience in managing staff across multiple departments

g)    Proven track record in achieveing operational KPI for managed logistics system.

h)    Basic Project or program roll out experiences

i)      Knowledge of WMS/TMS

j)      Proficient in MS office

k)    LEAN experience is preferred and valued

l)      Excellent command in written and oral English

m)  Process of Market intelligent
