As an SAP Logistics Application Analyst, you will be a part of a global team. You will participate in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the SAP Logistics modules (M M/IM/WM) and integration with other application software packages. You’ll also collaborate with internal customers, IT, and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, recommend and implement solution options.

Department

The Global SAP Distribution & Logistics team is part of the Global IT SAP Center of Excellence, and responsible for the support and maintenance of the SAP Logistics functionalities and processes. The team is involved from project execution to enhancement changes to production support.

Global team members are currently located in USA, the Netherlands and China, serving all IDEXX geographies and lines of business.

In this role

• You’ll partner and collaborate with the business stakeholders, the IT counterparts and team members to provide SAP functional solutions.
• Your time will be split between 50% implementation of large projects, 20% implementation of smaller changes, 20% operational support and 10% administrative tasks
• You will analyze, understand and translate business needs into technical requirements that developers can use as guidelines for programming/integration work.
• You will support projects including requirement analysis, functional design, configuration, testing (using HPQC/ALM) and training in the SAP Logistics processes.
• You will configure the SAP Logistics modules and implement smaller changes in ***/IM/WM.
• You will resolve tickets supporting Operational production issues.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject areas
• You have experience with SAP Logistics & Distribution and a good understanding of the Procurement, Supply Chain Planning and GTS modules.
• You have strong SAP configuration experience in the Transportation, Shipping, Inventory and Warehouse Management areas.
• You excel at customer service and building relationships with business.
• You are a strong communicator and can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• You are fluent in English and can hear English across multiple accents.
• Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
