Your Responsibilities:

Research and gain market insights for industry specific target companies for Executive Search Projects

Data collection and talent market trends analysis

Identify potential candidates for talent search projects via cold call and support with the interview arrangement

Preparation of documents and reports (including company long list, briefing notes, presentations and reports)

Update and maintain information of the database in regards to candidates and client information

Business development support for the Executive Search Team

Support of administrative related department tasks

Who we are looking for:

University degree or above in Human Resources or related major

1+ year working experience in recruitment consultancy or Human

Resources related

Result orientated, ability to work under pressure with integrity

Strong communication skills and self-motivation

Excellent interpersonal skills

Fluent in spoken and written English
