付款/报销检查:

1. 根据政策和要求检查付款情况。

2. 检查发票的描述、日期和金额是否与报销相符。

3. 检查审批手续是否齐全

4. 向直线经理和客户会计报告发现的偏差或异常。 

银行管理:

1. 安排银行和现金账户的现金流。

2. 处理日常银行记录，与账簿进行比较。如发现差异，查出原因。

3. 每月月底将银行余额调节表发给直线经理。

记账:

1. 准确维护科目，清晰描述摘要。

2. 核对ERP和金蝶系统之间的数据。

预付款/定金接收管理:

1. 每个周末跟进收到的预付款/定金:  

2. 预付款、发票比对表发送邮件给申请人员

3. 预收款、合同AR比较表发送给客户会计

根据财务政策进行培训:

1. 指导新员工正确提交报销和付款申请。

2. 为新员工解释财务政策。

文件管理:

管理审计报告、年检文件、年度所得税汇算清缴等文件。

创新:

善于发现工作流程/日常工作中的缺陷，并提出建设性意见

   

Payment checking：

1.   Check payment according to the policy & request.   

2.   Check the invoice description, date and amount matching with reimbursements.

3.   Check if the approval formalities are complete

4.   Report deviations or abnormalities observed to the line manager and client accountant. 

Bank Management：

1.   Arrange cash flow for bank and cash account.

2.   Deal with daily bank record, compare with the bookkeeping.  If there’s difference, remarking reason is necessary.

3.   Send Bank reconciliation sheet to the line manager at the end of each month.

Bookkeeping：

1.   Book right accounts and clear description in system. 

2.   Check data between ERP & Kingdee system.

Advance payment/ Deposit received Management：

1.   Follow up Advance payment/ Deposit received at the end of each week

2.   Advance payment- Invoice (sent email to applied staff)

3.   Deposit received- Contract AR (sent to Client accountant)   

Do training according to the Finance Policy：

1.    Coach new staff for the reimbursement and payment application.

2.    Explain the finance policy for new staff.

Files Management ：

Manage files including audit reports, annual check’s documents, yearly tax clearance reports, and so on.

Innovation：　

Find the defects on workflow/ daily work and put forward constructive suggestions
